I am in overdrive

Life as we all know ain't always easy. Today was one of those off days and I still don't know really why!

However, my heart is now less heavy and starting to get back to normal. Living in awareness and submission is not easy, when these off days happen you feel quite guilty I have now found out!

My mind has also been working on overdrive....I'd love to do so many changes .... my life as a parent shows me how many things I still need to learn and that I must make my utmost to learn them to be able and teach my son well..... my inclinations have changed to previous years and the only thing that I still hope for is to becomea yoga instructor. Other than that I have put my eyes on a child care professional course.....my website mamascircle, I'd like to revolutionise into a natural parenting resource centre but all this needs LOADS of time and frankly my son gets the bulk of it! and for me to do it at nighttime while he is asleep is defenitely not an option since my baby would than get a grumpy mummy the following day.......so I pray for enlightenment, but, I still wonder what you think......any help?

I know what you mean, for sure! I have so many aspirations that I'd like to pursue, yet for this season I am committed to full-time mama-hood. What I try to do is set aside a reasonable amount of time (per week) so focus on one thing (blog, DIY project, etc.) and make that my goal to work on that in that time frame.

Like, for X amount of time after kiddies are in bed I'll work on or read blog posts X times per week.

Or, for X amount of time I'll work on a particular project during rest time during the day...you get the idea. Little bits of time here and there add up to big results over the long term.

I have a goal of beginning a business one day. When I get real serious about that I'll probably start by devoting 4 hours one day a week (while boys are in nursery school) to reasearching and building that up. For now, I'm still in research mode (learning about running a small business) and I'm only working on that a few hours a month collecting data in a small notebook and finding educational links etc.
