I've never tried yoga. People really believe in that. Another thing I hear that works real well is Tai Chi. Glad you all had a gread day and that Greg is doing better :) Aloha

Very inspiring. We all need some quiet at times to regroup. Stopping by from SITS to say "hi" and welcome. I know that you will enjoy being a part of this vibrant community of bloggers.

I'm not much of a yoga fan but I bet it was a wonderful break from a screaming little one and it looks like such a cute little place to spend some nice quiet time. I'm almost jealous! LOL :) I'm really glad you enjoyed yourself.

Sounds like a wonderful experience. These connective retreats are always important, especially when we can't find peace of mind in the physical lifes we lead. Taking time out to experience ourselfs in a non-judgemental environment is important.
I have been on an energy healing retreat myself - to re-awaken my natural energies and my core being. I put it aside for quite some time, to focus on the physical world. I am natural healer, (we all are) but latetly have not been paying attention to the energy and have created inbalances. It was lovely to fully express my being in an environment which was loving and filled with kindness. People who came together for one purpose, but for different reasons in different journeys. It was my first time expressing who I was to a group of people, who just listened and understood my being at that moment. This often gets pushed to the side in a social environment, especially in a work environment where people are on different paths.
At the moment I am re-alligning, and it seems like I am starting again to fix the blockages in my energy fields. Outer influences are just that, and I am clarified in the being that I need to be, in order to expand my consciousness. I'm not here to live out a physical dream, I'm here to express all of my being and root into life.
Lovely entry. It's wonderful to hear of such experiences that connect with us, and the world. Reminds us of who we really are. - June 11, 2009 at 1:15 PM
